1. Aceptación y proveedor

Al descargar, crear una cuenta o usar KAMR aceptas estos Términos y la Política de privacidad. KAMR es ofrecida por leiiraawr. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la aplicación. Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal.

2. Servicio y países

KAMR permite organizar mascotas, eventos, recordatorios y documentos médicos veterinarios. Está destinada a México, Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, República Dominicana, Uruguay y Venezuela, sujeto a la disponibilidad de Google Play. Podemos modificar o suspender funciones para mantener, proteger o mejorar el servicio.

3. Cuenta y uso permitido

Debes dar información correcta, proteger credenciales y reportar accesos no autorizados. Eres responsable de lo que cargas y de tener autorización para usarlo. No puedes vulnerar la seguridad, automatizar accesos abusivos, interferir con el servicio, infringir derechos ni usar KAMR ilegalmente.

4. Información veterinaria

KAMR es una herramienta organizativa, no un servicio veterinario ni de emergencias. Los recordatorios no son diagnóstico, tratamiento ni consejo profesional. Consulta a un veterinario y contacta servicios locales ante una urgencia. Verifica fechas, dosis y datos; no garantizamos que toda notificación llegue a tiempo.

5. KAMR Pro

Google Play procesa los pagos y RevenueCat administra el derecho digital. Precio, periodo, impuestos, renovación, prueba y reembolsos se muestran y rigen en Google Play. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación previa. Desinstalar KAMR o eliminar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción. Para evitar cargos: Google Play → Perfil → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones → KAMR → Cancelar suscripción. Normalmente conservarás acceso hasta terminar el periodo pagado.

6. Datos, propiedad y terceros

Conservas derechos sobre tu contenido y nos autorizas limitadamente a alojarlo y procesarlo para operar KAMR. La app, marca, diseño y software pertenecen a sus titulares. Supabase, RevenueCat y Google Play también aplican sus propios términos y políticas.

7. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar KAMR y pedir la eliminación conforme a las instrucciones públicas. Podemos limitar acceso por incumplimiento, fraude, seguridad o exigencia legal. Propiedad, responsabilidad, pagos devengados y solución de controversias sobreviven cuando corresponda.

8. Garantías y responsabilidad

KAMR se ofrece según disponibilidad dentro del máximo legal. No prometemos operación ininterrumpida ni datos sin errores. No excluimos derechos obligatorios del consumidor ni responsabilidad legalmente no excluible. En los demás casos, leiiraawr no responde por daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o decisiones veterinarias basadas solo en la app.

9. Ley, cambios y contacto

Rigen las leyes aplicables de México sin privarte de protecciones obligatorias de tu país. Intentaremos resolver controversias primero por soporte; después podrán acudir a autoridades competentes. Publicaremos cambios materiales y nueva fecha. Contacto monitoreado: floresreyesleidi@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance and provider

By downloading, creating an account, or using KAMR, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. KAMR is offered by leiiraawr. If you disagree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 and legally capable.

2. Service and countries

KAMR helps organize pets, events, reminders, and veterinary medical documents. It is intended for Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela, subject to Google Play availability. We may change or suspend features to maintain, protect, or improve the service.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for uploaded content and permission to use it. You may not compromise security, automate abusive access, disrupt the service, infringe rights, or use KAMR unlawfully.

4. Veterinary information

KAMR is an organizational tool, not a veterinary or emergency provider. Reminders are not diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Consult a veterinarian and contact local emergency services when necessary. Verify dates, doses, and data; we cannot guarantee every notification arrives on time.

5. KAMR Pro

Google Play processes payment and RevenueCat manages the digital entitlement. Price, period, taxes, renewal, trial, and refunds appear in and are governed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled beforehand. Uninstalling KAMR or deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. To prevent charges: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KAMR → Cancel subscription. Access normally continues through the paid period.

6. Data, ownership, and third parties

You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate KAMR. The app, brand, design, and software remain their owners’ property. Supabase, RevenueCat, and Google Play also apply their own terms and policies.

7. Termination

You may stop use and request deletion under the public instructions. We may restrict access for breach, fraud, security, or legal requirements. Ownership, liability, accrued payment, and dispute provisions survive where appropriate.

8. Warranties and liability

KAMR is provided as available to the fullest legal extent. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or legally non-excludable liability. Otherwise, leiiraawr is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, or veterinary decisions based solely on the app.

9. Law, changes, and contact

Applicable Mexican law governs without removing mandatory protections in your country. We will first try to resolve disputes through support; competent authorities remain available. Material revisions and a new date will be posted. Monitored contact: floresreyesleidi@gmail.com.
